FAQs

How do you onboard a new portfolio company?

We start with a discovery call and an audit, then roll out device management, identity, and support in planned phases. Most companies move to full support in 4 to 8 weeks.

What does a portfolio arrangement include?

Each portfolio company gets the same service and its own agreement. The fund gets a single point of contact and, as the portfolio grows, volume-based pricing.

What data do you share with the fund?

Only what each portfolio company agrees to share. Systems and data stay with the company, and any portfolio-level reporting is agreed with founders first.

Can I get locked out of my own IT system?

At Advisory, all of our clients own and have admin rights to their own technology. Your accounts, devices, and data stay in your name, and Wizard gives you a clear view of everything we manage.

Do you support Mac or Windows?

Both. Advisory is Apple-first, and we fully support Windows and mixed environments using Jamf, Intune, and other leading MDMs.
