Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at AD.Visory Solutions LLC, doing business as Advisory Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice or our practices with regard to your personal information, please contact us at getintouch@advisory.nyc.

This privacy notice applies to information collected through our website, advisorymsp.com (the “Website”), and more generally through any of our services, sales, marketing or events (together, the “Services”). Please read it carefully, as it explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. If there are any terms in this notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. What information do we collect?

In short: the information you give us through our forms, and some technical information collected automatically when you visit.

Information you provide. When you fill in a form on the Website, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email address, company name, company size, the reason you are contacting us, your message, and the inputs you enter in our ROI calculator (such as employee count, device mix, work location and whether you have compliance requirements). We also record which page you submitted the form from.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information. It does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include:

  • Log and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you view.
  • Device data, such as your device type, operating system and browser.
  • Approximate location, such as the country or city inferred from your IP address.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Website, and for our internal reporting.

2. How do we use your information?

In short: to respond to you, provide our Services, protect the Website and, with your agreement, keep in touch.

We process your personal information based on our legitimate business interests, to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and to comply with our legal obligations. We use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests, including sending resources you ask for, such as guides, templates or a savings breakdown.
  • Provide, manage and support our Services.
  • Send you our newsletter and other marketing communications, if you have subscribed or asked to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.
  • Protect the Website and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • Understand and improve the Website and our Services, using aggregated information that does not identify you.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In short: only with your consent, with service providers who work on our behalf, to comply with laws, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

We may process or share your data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: where you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
  • Legitimate interests: where it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
  • Performance of a contract: where we have entered into a contract with you and need your information to fulfill it.
  • Legal obligations: where we are legally required to disclose it, for example to comply with applicable law, a court order, a subpoena or another legal process.
  • Vital interests: where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or act on suspected fraud, threats to the safety of any person, illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation.

Specifically, we may share your information in these situations:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run the Website and handle form submissions, including Webflow (website hosting and form processing), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection on our forms) and Google Workspace (email). They process information only on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.

4. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will take the necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable law.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process it, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from the Website is at your own risk, and you should only access the Website within a secure environment.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete it. If you become aware of any such data, please contact us at getintouch@advisory.nyc.

8. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

Yes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of those third parties, in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us in writing using the details below.

11. Do we make updates to this notice?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of the changes or by sending you a notification directly.

12. How can you contact us about this notice?

If you have questions or comments about this notice, email us at getintouch@advisory.nyc or write to us at:
